Utilities:

The Utility Billing Division provides customer service, bills and collects for water, wastewater and solid waste services, assists with service requests and provides information related to billing and services. The division also acts as a collection point for monies received by other City departments.

Drought:

Drought Contingency Plan Stage #1 in effect requires limiting irrigation to the hours of 8:00pm-10:00am only and also requests voluntary water conservation. We appreciate your cooperation!

Garbage:

Waste Management is the solid waste provider for the City. Please contact the Utility department to report missed garbage pickup. You may also call Waste Management at 800-800-5804. Regular garbage collection is on Wednesdays only. Recycling is collected on Saturdays only. Saturday service begins as early as 6:00 am. You may also schedule hazardous waste collection by calling Waste Management at 800-449-7587.

Services Provided:

• Assist customers in establishing new utility accounts, payment options and service changes
• Bills and collects for utility services in accordance with rate structure established by Council
